Hi everyone,

I am Jdawgg from www.CoD2HQ.com and am here to invite you to our community. We are a prospective new gaming network known as "HQ Gaming Network". It is obvious you guys play Call of Duty, and there is thus a good chance you'll be playing Call of Duty 2 when it comes out. For that, I am inviting you to stay at my place and make yourself at home!

You might be wondering what you gain. "Meh, it's just another CoD2 site..." Well you are mistaken. First of all, it is one of the first CoD2 fan sites that is being run by someone with experience. I worked for FileFront for almost 5 years and have just recently started on my own endeavor. Any other CoD2 fan site I have found is either ran by a kid in highschool or is German :P.

There's more - CoD2HQ has great ideas for contests and competitions specifically inclined for gaming clans. Firstly, we will be hosting several CoD2 ladders and leagues. One league we have a pot for $1,000 cash prize. Another league or ladder we will be giving away hosting packages with our partner, Art of War Central (free game servers for certain periods of time). Next, we have a scheduled mapping contest where we will be giving away a 256 MB GeForce 6800 GT or ATI equivllent product to the winner (they get to choose!).

Our community involvement doesn't stop there. Aside from having some other great ideas for contests and giveaways, we will be running a solid ladder. Much like TWL ladders are run, there will be no prize and it will be a place for you to simply compete online.

In closing, we are also a news / files reporting community. Our front page is updated daily (or as daily as can be with a game that has yet to be released :D) and will be a wait line-less source for your files (maps, mods, and more).

So I hope to see some new faces; spread word of CoD2HQ - and come get your frag on with CoD2HQ - you're one stop center for everything CoD 2!
