why are we arguing with a guy who doesn't have any of the consoles. all he's done is gone to Target or Wal-mart and played the demos and then made his decision on that. noob

i do and i will, and my 360, by the way i have both of them and no ps3. i believe i saved money and have lots more games, oh yeah and 2 consoles not 1.

compare just the wii and the ps3. price - wii. console capability - ps3. enjoyment and hours of entertainment - easily the wii. so why do we buy consoles vandal?? why do we play games?? for entertainment. and there is no comparison, the wii is so much better. with or without the same graphics as the ps3. the ps3, too much money for what you get out of it. a few games that look really really good. woohooo. the wii i play with my boys, by myself, and never get bored.

So the Ps3 doesnt allow "enjoyment and hours of entertainment"? True it was a smart innovation from nintendo but is that what's gonna get them by in the long run? Remember there not just here to provide us with "hours of enjoyment and entertainment", There here for the money. But Nintendo has a different demographic than ps3 also. Lets hope that their demographics will keep Nintendo on top, in a few years from now. In 10 years we will finally see who was the winner in this "Console WaR".

bottom line.
Wii outsells the PS3 and Xbox360.
You can barely find a Wii at stores anymore because their demand is so high. On the contrary, the same cannot be said for the PS3 and the Xbox360.
The Wii has the disadvantage of less graphics power, but has a advantage of it's game line up, it's unique gameplay and its introduction to a new gaming market, "non-gamers." (such as the elderly)
Don't get me wrong, the PS3 and Xbox360 are both amazing consoles, but nintendo has the surprising upperhand from the main points stated above, and has shown itself a strong competitor against the more expensive alternatives of console gaming.

lmao cyanide comes out of nowhere thinking he knows all lawl! Lets see if Wii comes out the winner... and like i said Demographics. Ps3 & Xbox 360 same demograhics...Wii defferent demographics...so we can't say the wii is the best Till the next gen consoles arrive and someone declares a winner.

Very Very random. But my 360 broke yesterday lol. ****in microsoft and there bad manufacturing ways. They didnt weld the graphics card on right. But im getting a new one so its good.
