my point vandal is that if they were selling ps3 games and consoles (a lot of them) they would have them on the commercials with the biggest games that are coming out. and you know that madden is one of the biggest serious there is.

do you see nintendo putting out gamecube commercials with madden or the other games that come out? and do you see xbox on the commercials? NO!!! you see them marketing their new console's. the only commercials i've seen for the ps3 are for the ps3. NO GAMES. that's on tv. i see adds in magazines. but come on Vandal. they aren't doing as well as they thought they would. yes sony has been on top for quite some time. but........

BOTTOM LINE IS...............TOOOOO EARLY FOR SUCH A POWERFULL MACHINE.

Nein! I think theres is never such a thing as an early machine...The Atom Bomb for instance! lol
Everyone wanted it now everyone has it.

Thats because the other companies xbox/Gamecube did not do well. The ps2 Did extremely well thats why Sony can rely on an old product to bring in revenue. Hey the ps3 might not be doing "Well" but its sure not doing bad. Games like Madden may HAVE been big but once they(EA) dont have the Madden franchise next year or i think in 09 maybe, the ps3 will jump on an exclusive with another company...and right now if you wanna play a football game...what else can you play?...only madden so we know there is no other Football game franchise. So as far as Madden as a big game right now....i dont think the ps3 cares...but hey thats a loss for the ps3 owners but there is not much that the ps3 owners are missing. Im rambling but my point is the ps3 is not missing out on Madden Just grab your madden o7 for the ps2 and play it on your ps3.

when the cost of living catches up with the cost of the ps3 i'll buy it. doh.gif
