Launch the demo and open console and type the following things.

First type
"seta thereisacow 1337"

then followed by
"arcademode 1"

then
"arcademode_full 1"

Finally
"spdevmap bog"

if done correctly it should load into the SP mission but this time you will have a specific amount of time to get as many points as you can.
